Active Top Secret/SCI General Responsibilities
Write GEOINT requirements as Standards adopted by U.S. and International organizations. Ensure capability Standards for GEOINT data, geospatial data, GEOINT, and for APIs satisfy requirements across AGENCY and partners. Create new ontologies to improve problem solving. Collaborate, test, and assist others in development and use of geospatial standards. Maintain official descriptions of enterprise datasets. Support capture and management of metadata and information sources from across the enterprise. Work with GEOINT standards Data Modeling languages to support data standards lifecycle management. Apply naming standards, metadata standards, and document data model translation decisions. Support updating and managing MySQL, MS-ACCESS structures and content. Use existing OGC standards and industry best practices related to visualization, features, spatiotemporal data, metadata catalogs, and coordinate reference systems. Work with software languages such as GitLab or GitHub, HTTP REST APIs, XML, and JSON. Utilize logical query expressions like SQL, XML, or JSON filters. Skills And Experience
Required Skills and Tasks: Active TS/SCI clearance. Experienced technical writer. Knowledge of MySQL or other relational databases. Knowledge of MS-Excel files. Experience with GEOINT metadata and domain. Experience working with dimensionally modeled data. Develop Ontologies and guide data models at various enterprise levels. Knowledge of relational database constructs. Understanding of UML Class Diagrams, object-based modeling, and logical data models. Desired Skills and Tasks: Experience with Collibra, Informatica, or related data governance tools. Experience translating relational data models into XML and Schema. Knowledge of JSON varieties (JSON-LD, GeoJSON, JSON-B, etc.). Familiarity with SKOS. Work Level

Master’s degree, Bachelor’s degree + 4 years' experience, Associate's degree + 6 years' experience, or at least 8 years’ relevant experience.
