Responsibilities: Supervise the construction of trenched and aerial fiber networks, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Cultivate strong relationships with contractors, negotiating favorable agreements and upholding high-quality standards. Oversee network deployment using the Hexatronic method, a trusted approach for building efficient and reliable fiber systems. Collaborate closely with the project management team to align construction efforts with overall project goals. Track and report construction progress, addressing and resolving challenges promptly. Manage the construction budget, ensuring expenses remain within allocated limits. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements, continuously enhancing your expertise. Skills/Must have: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Demonstrated experience managing fiber network construction, including both trenched and aerial deployments. In-depth knowledge of the Hexatronic method for fiber network development. Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, adept at collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel as needed to oversee construction projects across various locations. Based in the United States, with a preference for candidates located in Charlotte, NC. Benefits: Full benefits Salary: $150,000 - $180,000
