AppleCare Service Support Program Manager

A program lead on this team will be responsible for aligning cross-functional teams and all of Service Engineering on program deliverables, schedules, and priorities to deliver all Service Manufacturing Processes. Responsibilities include: determining and tracking engineering project goals, making project priority decisions considering timeline, cost, and resources, owning the overall project timeline for all AppleCare engineering teams, driving and coordinating engineering teams to adhere to the schedule, ensuring accurate handoff and coordination with partners, highlighting schedule, resource, cost, or alignment challenges to management, and utilizing internal tools for project consolidation and executive summaries. Minimum Qualifications

B.S. in Engineering or a similar technical field 8+ years of experience as a program/project manager with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Hardware Engineering Project Management experience, including launching products and driving new product development cycles Proficiency in project management tools, schedule development/management, and leadership Understanding of engineering concepts with the ability to grasp complex design and process problems Proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical partners Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to varied audiences Executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively at senior leadership levels Preferred Qualifications

M.S. or PhD in Engineering or a related technical field 12+ years of experience in program/project management in a related industry Experience with international/regional Product Safety, Environmental, EMC, and Regulatory standards/regulations, or government affairs is a plus At Apple, base pay is part of a comprehensive compensation package, with a range between $165,500 and $293,800, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
