Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain scalable LAN/WAN infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and redundancy.
Lead deployment and management of advanced routing protocols and technologies (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VLANs, STP, multicast).
Architect and implement comprehensive network security solutions including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, SD-WAN, and Zero Trust frameworks.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards (e.g., NIST, MITRE ATT&CK).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support critical infrastructure across service providers, data centers, and MSSP environments.
Proactively monitor network systems and address performance bottlenecks, vulnerabilities, and security threats.
Document network architecture, policies, and procedures to support knowledge sharing and continuity.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in network engineering and security roles in enterprise or service provider environments.
Proven expertise with routing and switching protocols and technologies.
Strong background in network security, threat mitigation, and compliance.
Experience with disaster recovery planning and business continuity.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to system optimization.
