Senior Logistician/Configuration Manager

Qualifications
10+ years of experience in defense life-cycle (acquisition) logistics support of electronic systems, including logistics management, principles, practices, and processes. (13+ years if not DAWIA Level 2 certified) 6+ years of experience supporting C5ISR systems. Proven management skills, including analyzing contracts, system design specifications, engineering data, and developing logistics plans and procedures. Experience supervising logistics specialists. Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, or a related field from an accredited institution. Security Clearance
Must possess or be able to obtain an active TS/SCI security clearance. Certifications
Current Professional Logistics Certification (e.g., DAWIA Level 2 in Lifecycle Logistics). Equivalent logistics training or 3+ years of direct support in defense logistics will be considered. Responsibilities
Systems and equipment support, testing, evaluation, and assessment. Lifecycle sustainment management, documentation, and inventory control. Configuration and warranty management, shipping, and offshore procurement of COMSEC equipment. Support for SOCS IPT Managed Tactical Deployable Communications systems, including integration, training, and RDT&E support. On-call technical support, trend analysis, and reporting. Salary and Benefits
Range: $80,000 - $105,000 annually. Dental, vision, and medical insurance including HSA, FSA, and DFSA plans. Life and AD&D coverage, Employee Assistance Program (EAP). 401(k) with company matching, 160 hours PTO, 12 floating holidays. Educational assistance and highly competitive salary.
