Job Responsibilities:- Collaborate with a supportive medical staff and operations team.
- Have autonomy over schedule, volumes, and practice operations.
- Maintain a balanced professional and personal lifestyle.
- Participate in local decision-making within the hospital.

- Perform a variety of office procedures including cystoscopy, biopsies, and Botox injections.
- Conduct surgical procedures utilizing advanced robotics and laparoscopic techniques.
- Manage a patient volume of 20-30 per day with flexible office hours.
- Share a call schedule of no more than 1:3.
- Utilize EMR systems efficiently (Cerner).
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology (within 5 years of residency).
- Willingness to obtain an Ohio medical license.
- DEA certification must be obtained prior to starting.
- Clean malpractice history.
- Strong interest in joining the organization.
- Current OH medical license (or willingness to obtain).
- Board Certification in Urology.
- DEA registration (required before employment).
