Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative and experienced NICU team across multiple Saint Luke s Health System locations in the Kansas City, Missouri metro area.
The system includes a 49-bed Level-IIIB NICU, a 15-bed Level-IIIA NICU, as well as one Level-II NICU and well-baby coverage. Saint Luke s Hospital is a regional perinatal referral center with more than 460 admissions annually, providing comprehensive neonatal care with advanced ventilator support in a collegial working environment.

Job Responsibilities:- Collaborate with an experienced NICU team to provide high-quality neonatal care.
- Engage in practice s Quality Improvement initiatives.
- Participate in education and mentorship opportunities for new and current staff.
- Provide comprehensive care in a multi-facility NICU environment.
- Involvement in family-centered care initiatives and support programs.
- Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP).
- Minimum of a Master s Degree.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience or interest in neonatal care is preferred.
- Current APRN national specialty certification (Neonatal Nurse Practitioner) - REQUIRED.
- Active Missouri License (or willingness to obtain) - REQUIRED.
- DEA and CSR/CDS must be obtained prior to start - REQUIRED.
