Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for contract position starting September 5-30 at their Corporate Health clinic in Mount Jackson, VA. Provider will see patients ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, chronic disease management, and Occupational Health (drug screens and annual physicals-no Workers Comp). Hours are Monday & Tuesday 9:30am-6:00pm, Wednesday 8:00am-4:30pm, and Thursday & Friday 7:00am-3:30pm, all with a 30-minute lunch break. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. Provider must also be able to see ages 2+ and must have Virginia autonomous practice license and DEA for this assignment. Detailed shift needs are September 5, 9, 11, 12, 16, 18, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 29, & 30.
