This opportunity, starting on 10/27/2025, involves working at a smaller IHS clinic, providing comprehensive women's health services. The schedule includes 8-hour workdays Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with a half-day on Wednesday. The role focuses on clinic-based care, including well-woman exams, IUD procedures, prenatal, obstetric, and postpartum care. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with acute and chronic illness management, patient education, and various gynecological procedures. This position offers a chance for extension and requires Alaska licensure.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct well-woman exams and provide comprehensive women's health services

• Perform IUD insertions and removals

• Provide prenatal, obstetric, and postpartum care

• Manage acute and chronic illnesses

• Educate patients on birth control options

• Perform pap smears, pelvic exams, ultrasounds, and biopsies

• Utilize Cerner and Epic electronic health record systems
