• Rate: Industry competitive and negotiable
• Location: Tulsa, OK
• Facility: 21 beds; Level II Trauma
• 36 hours of physician coverage
• Daily Census: 20-30 patient/day
• Coverage:
  • 12 hour shifts
  • Days and Nights available
• Call: N/A
• EMR System: EPIC

Requirements:

• Certification: ENP or ACNP; FNP with at least 2 years of EM experience
• License: Active Oklahoma upon presentation; IMLC
• Life Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
