We are seeking a skilled Histotechnician to join a well-established laboratory in Spartanburg, SC . This full-time, permanent position offers early morning hours , excellent benefits, and a great work environment with growth potential!
Job Responsibilities:- Perform grossing, embedding, microtomy, and staining of tissue samples
- Operate and maintain histology lab equipment
- Ensure compliance with CAP, CLIA, and other regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and quality control procedures
- Collaborate with pathologists and lab staff to ensure efficiency
ASCP certification (HT or HTL) preferred
Associate s or Bachelor s degree in a related field
Previous histology experience required
Strong knowledge of histology techniques and laboratory protocols
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Early morning schedule finish by 12:30 PM!
