RecruitWell is seeking a Board-Certified Cardiac Electrophysiologist for a locum tenens assignment in El Paso, TX. This is a unique opportunity to serve as a proctor for advanced ablation cases with no call responsibilities.
Position Highlights• Start: ASAP (upon credentialing)• Duration: Through April 1, 2026• Schedule: Onsite only for proctoring days - no call required• Scope: Ten ablation cases total (five PVC and five atrial fibrillation)• Facilities: Two hospitals in El Paso• EMR: Cerner
Role Overview• Serve as a proctor for one of the hospital's physicians• Support procedural guidance during scheduled ablation cases• No inpatient rounding, clinic, or additional coverage needed - strictly proctoring responsibilities
Requirements• Board Certified in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology - Required• Active Texas medical license - Required
