CHI Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advance d Practice Provider ( APP) to join our innovative Critical Care/eICU team. This hybird role offers the opportunity to provide care both virtually through the electronic ICU (eICU) and in person at the bedside, engaging in a diverse patient population across multiple hospital locations in the Omaha/Metro area. You will work in a collaborative, academic environment while enhancing your skills in advanced critical care management.
Bedside Rounding (Rover) :
- Daily ICU rounds with physicians, evaluating new consults, and intervening in acute patient care.
- Opportunity to perform advanced procedures (arterial lines, intubations, central lines at the bedside).
- Rotate bedside coverage at four hospital locations: Immanuel/Lakeside/Mercy Council Bluffs/CUMC Bergan
- Average IP volume 10-15 pts in morning; 2-3 pts in afternoon
- No on-call
- Rotational holidays
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, manage treatment plans, and document care in alignment with hospital protocol.
- Collaborate with fellows and faculty in an academic center, participating in case discussions, teaching and continuous professional development

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Specified Area of Medical Specialty
- A valid and unrestricted state license or license-eligible
- A valid and unrestriced Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration
