Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Louisville, KY
Full-Time Monday Friday Outpatient, Dialysis, and Inpatient Rounding
1 weekend every 4 weeks (with a weekday off following) 1 2 holidays per year (bonus pay + extra holiday)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced APRN to join a collaborative healthcare team in Louisville. This full-time position offers a mix of outpatient office, dialysis, and inpatient rounding, providing opportunities to deliver comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment across outpatient, dialysis, and inpatient settings
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans
Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care
Apply evidence-based practices to optimize patient outcomes
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical guideline development
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
Master s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program
Current APRN license in Kentucky
Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) certification
Minimum of 1 year of APRN experience; ICU/critical care RN experience strongly preferred
Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
3 weeks PTO
5 CME days annually with $1,250 CME allowance
