We are seeking qualified Family NP/PA to deliver outpatient and telehealth primary care services to members of the Navajo Nation.
Start Date : As soon as credentialed! Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (40 hrs./week); occasional overtime/rotating shifts
Compensation: $100 an hour
Position Overview Conduct patient evaluations, diagnose and manage acute/chronic illnesses Provide culturally competent care, incorporating traditional Navajo healing when appropriate Document patient care using Electronic Health Records (EHR) Coordinate referrals and follow-up care Participate in staff meetings and peer reviews Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and Joint Commission standards
Requirements: Graduate of accredited FNP or PA program Current, unrestricted U.S. license and DEA registration (Schedule II V) Board certification (ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA) BLS, ACLS, and CPR certifications Minimum 6 months clinical experience (unless approved by Credentials Committee) Completion of background check, immunizations, and health clearance Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with rural, Navajo-speaking populations
