Salary: $125K $135K + Relocation Assistance

A specialized reference laboratory in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced IRL Lab Supervisor to join their team. This lab supports hospitals in the region with complex and high-level blood bank services. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical skills and a background in transfusion services.

Position Overview:

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM

• Type: Working Supervisor (3 days supervisory, 2 days bench work)

• Team: Manage a staff of 8

• Compensation: Up to $135K

• Relocation: Up to $5K assistance offered

• License: Must obtain NV Supervisory License

Requirements:

• Experience working in a reference laboratory

• Transfusion Services background required

• Platelet manufacturing experience strongly preferred

• At least 2+ years of supervisory experience

• Strong technical/bench skills

• Proven track record of job stability and maturity

Additional Details:

• Some holiday and weekend coverage required

• Position reports to a remote manager, so strong communication and autonomy are important

• Interview process includes phone screen, manager interview, and onsite visit
