Details/Requirements:
Will accept multiple providers to fill the schedule on a weekly ongoing basis.
Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30pm, Outpatient.
Will consider a 4x10 schedule option.
Approx. 40 mammo screenings/diagnostic / 5 US / 2 Breast MRI/ 3 biopsies per day.
Breast Imaging with Procedures.
Board Certified Diagnostic. Highly prefers Breast Imaging Fellowship but not required.
MQSA, BLS, ACLS, DEA.
Hologic 3D Mammo.
Plenty of support staff.
Privileges are 90-120 days but could move faster!
Open to Kentucky licensing especially with IMLC.
