Shift Schedule : Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Description:
  • Position Type: 1099 / Locum Tenens
  • Start Date: 9/8 or as soon as credentialed
  • Contract Length: 3 months (ongoing)
  • Schedule: 3 15+ days/month, bi-weekly coverage preferred
  • Call Requirements: Weeknight call + 24-hour weekend call
  • Location: Illinois & Missouri (IL/MO Licenses Preferred)
  • Licensure: Active IL and MO license preferred; IMLC accepted; willing to license the right candidate
  • Credentialing: days
  • Coverage: Scheduled shifts + call
  • Setting: Hospital
  • Avg. Census: patients/day
  • Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric
  • Duties: Inpatient rounding and ED consults
  • EMR Systems: Meditech and Epic
  • Support Staff: NP and administrative support
  • Travel & Lodging: Fully covered by client
Requirements:
  • Board Certification: Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (ABIM preferred)
  • Licensure: IL and/or MO license or IMLC
  • DEA License: Required
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of inpatient cardiology experience
  • Certifications: BE required; BC strongly preferred
