Night Shift includes 1 charge nurse, 8 RNs, 1 tech, and 1 unit secretary at max capacity.
Patient Ratios: 5:1
Type of equipment: Remote telemetry
EMR: Meditech
Most recruited for: Travel RNs, local CNAs, and sitters.
Candidates must have BLS certification.
Preferred or nice-to-have skills include NIH Stroke certification and ACLS.
Typical procedures performed include general medical surgical care, as well as stroke and neuro care.
Best personality fit: Upbeat, engaged, and compassionate.
Dress Code: Scrub color - navy.
