Job Title: MRI Technologist (Radiology / Cardiology)
Location: Portland, OR 97225
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 3x12 Hour Day Shifts (07:00 - 19:00)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform MRI scans including abdomen, pelvis, neuro, musculoskeletal, chest, and spine imaging.
- Execute specialized procedures such as cardiac MR, breast biopsy, functional MRI, perfusion, spectroscopy, and CINE.
- Operate GE and Siemens MRI systems and utilize PACS for imaging storage and retrieval.
- Ensure safety and proper use of contrast media; start peripheral IVs as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely charting using Epic EMR system.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of MRI Tech experience
- ARRT (MR) certification – Required
- BLS certification – Required
- State of Oregon MRI License (OBMI) – Required
- Experience working in trauma level I and community hospital settings
- Proficiency with Epic charting system
- Comfortable working with adult , geriatric , adolescent , and pediatric patient populations
- Travel experience not required , but flexibility is essential
Preferred Qualifications
- ARRT (R)(MR) and Fluoro Permit
- Experience in a teaching hospital and/or pediatric imaging
- Proficiency in post-processing techniques: MIP, MRP, ADC mapping, and surface coil imaging
- Familiarity with Siemens MRI equipment
Weekly Breakdown: nWeekly Gross: $2,678.00 Per Week nOn W2(Taxable): $648.00 Per Week nStipend(Non-Taxable): $2,030.00 Per Week nnLocal accepted at lower rate.
