**Job Title: Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist**
**Shift:** 7 AM - 6 PM
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will perform diagnostic examinations as directed by an Interventional Cardiologist during invasive and noninvasive cardiology procedures, as well as peripheral vascular studies. As an allied health professional, you will collect and record subjective data to aid in the establishment of accurate anatomical and physiological diagnoses for patients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct diagnostic procedures in the cardiology domain as requested by the Interventional Cardiologist.
- Collect and document patient data accurately to support diagnostic outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry practices and technology.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a sterile environment during procedures.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of an Associate Degree or graduation from an accredited Cardiovascular Training Program or a recognized Allied Health Program.
- Current certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiovascular specialties is essential.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained and maintained.
- Candidates must reside in eligible counties as of January 11, 2024.
**Additional Information:**
- Call commitment includes 1 weeknight and 1 weekend per month.
- The position is expected to float to other units as necessary.
- Employment requires successful completion of onboarding processes.
