Position Overview
We're seeking a fellowship-trained GI/Liver Pathologist to join our distinguished surgical pathology department. In this role, you'll contribute to our triple mission of clinical service, education, and research while working alongside world-class healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert diagnostic services in GI/Liver surgical pathology
- Teach and mentor residents and medical students
- Participate in tumor boards and multidisciplinary conferences
- Contribute to academic research and scholarly activities
- Collaborate with clinical teams to enhance patient care
- Opportunity to develop specialized areas of expertise
- MD or DO degree from accredited institution
- Board Certification in Anatomic Pathology
- Fellowship training in GI/Liver Pathology
- NY State medical license or eligibility
- Strong diagnostic skills and teaching ability
- Commitment to academic excellence
- Base salary range: $250,000 - $375,000
- Performance-based bonus potential
- Academic appointment at Assistant/Associate Professor level
