HIGHLIGHTS:
- Minimum two years experience as a MRI Technologist
- ARRT (MR) required in hand at time of submission
- Must be willing to obtain OH license prior to start
- AHA BLS certification required in hand at time of submission
- Shift: 4x9s Tuesday - Friday 10:00-19:30
- Every 4th weekend 8:00-12:00, call from 12:00 Saturday-00:00 Monday
- Min 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel
- Required certs need to be ACTIVE - nothing pending
- PERM candidates cannot return to CC hospitals for 1 YEAR from their previous end date
- Facility has a strict DO NOT call policy
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Travelers WILL need to complete TWO fingerprintings:
*One is required ONSITE for facility requirements immediately, prior to start
*The second is completed through agency
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
- Flu Vaccine: Unknown
- All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) MUST BE NICOTINE FREE
- Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually
- BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 Hours of signing contract
- Standard Qualivis Cover sheet completed and filled in
- Must have a PERMANENT Ohio license in hand at time of submission
- Compact licenses are accepted for any starts 1/1/23 and forward
- BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case
- TWO references required from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for
- Perm reference is REQUIRED and must be obtained from the past 12 months
- Travel reference is REQUIRED from the most recent assignment if traveler has travel experience
- All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission
- PBDS Assessment waived
- ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required
