The schedule is Monday to Friday, generally from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Occasional weekend shifts may be required, with one to two Saturdays needed per month. If scheduled to work a Saturday, an additional day off will be provided during the week. No on-call responsibilities are required for this role. Floating within the facility and to outpatient areas may be necessary as per scope of practice. Full compliance is required to start on time, and if not compliant, the start date may be delayed. Travelers are expected to work major holidays if they fall within the assignment period, One major holiday requires working that holiday, while two major holidays necessitate working both. For three major holidays during the assignment, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. A friendly and supportive work environment is provided, with a focus on patient care. Interdisciplinary support may be part of the unit's operations. Candidates must have the flexibility to adapt to various scheduling needs.
