Job Title: Cath Lab Rad Tech
Location: Joliet, IL
Shift Type: 5x 8 Days
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Job Description:
- Operate fluoroscopic and digital imaging systems during cardiac and vascular procedures
- Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures, including angiograms, stent placements, and pacemaker implantations
- Scrub, circulate, and monitor procedures as required
- Maintain sterility and adhere to infection control standards in the lab
- Position patients and set up equipment for optimal imaging
- Document procedural data and maintain accurate patient records
- Monitor patient’s vital signs and hemodynamic status during procedures
Qualifications:
- 2 years of Med/Surg experience
Additional Requirements:
- ARRT (R) certification required
- State Radiologic Technologist license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – Required
