The CT Tech will utilize CT techniques and examinations for various scans. These include abdominal, retroperitoneal, obstetrics, and gynecology scans. The role involves radiation therapy localization for treatment planning. Minor surgical procedures will also be part of the responsibilities. The CT Tech will conduct IV Access and contrast injections following departmental policy. Quality of images must be ensured through reviews and evaluations of completed tests. The CT Tech will select and operate equipment as directed. No on-call duties are required for this position. The position may require coming into contact with patients having infectious conditions. All employees must comply with the facility's vaccination policies. The facility type is Short Term Acute Care. Interdisciplinary support will be available from various teams.
