We are seeking a per diem Ultrasonographer to work 8-hour shifts on an as-needed basis.
This position will:

• Perform a wide variety of routine and complex ultrasound procedures that include but are not limited to: breast, abdominal, pelvic, abdominal vascular, small parts and OB (high volume of the latter)
• Perform clinical examinations on adults, geriatric patients, adolescents, and pediatric age groups
• Provide technical support and ensure efficient operation of the Ultrasound department
• Be responsible for staying current with Ultrasound skills and new developments in the field
• Work at all Beloit Health System Locations, including Beloit Hospital, Beloit Clinic and NorthPointe Health and Wellness
• Will work call rotation and must be able to respond within 40 minutes when on call

Education Required:

• Minimum of graduate of an accredited ultrasonography program and/or registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)

Work Experience:

• Minimum - Previous Healthcare Experience
• Preferred - Two (2) years' clinical experience

Licenses and Certifications:

• Minimum - Registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers in a minimum of two concentrations. (RDMS) in Abdomen, Ob/Gyn, Breast or Pediatric Sonography.
• Preferred - Registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers in a minimum of two concentrations listed above and RVT
• CPR certification required within three (3) months of hire.
