Job Description
Job Title: Cath Lab Tech

Hours per Shift: 06:30 - 17:00
Experience: Minimum of 1 year
License: CA License Required
Certifications: BLS, ARRT, Fluoro Permit
Must-Have:
First-time applicants are accepted.
Candidates must have 1 year of experience.
Weekend coverage may be required depending on departmental needs, typically 1 weekend per month.
On-call requirement is 13.5 hours from 17:00 to 06:30 with 6-7 call days per month, including 1 weekend.
Description:
Cath Lab Tech position available.
The facility allows local candidates at the local rate.
Candidates within 50 miles of the facility should disclose this during application.
Documentation systems used include Sensis/Syngo and Siemens X-ray.
Certifications required include BLS, ARRT, and Fluoro Permit.
Preferred skills include accurate monitoring, angioplasty, cardiac ablation, stent placement, and diagnostic catheterizations.
Exposure to various patient age groups from neonates to geriatrics is expected.
Candidates should have experience with procedures such as cardiac stenting, electrophysiology evaluation, and temporary pacemaker insertion.
Additional skills include hemodynamic monitoring, performing tilt table studies, and transcatheter aortic valve implantation/replacement.
Candidates will be required to float within the facility based on patient census.
RTO must be presented prior to submission and should be less than 5 days or less.
Previous permanent staff positions are not permitted.
Candidates must attach relevant documentation in their submission.
