Job Title: Radiation Therapist (RTT)
Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Location: Asheville, NC
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Radiation Therapist (RTT) to join our Radiation Therapy team. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality care to patients undergoing radiation therapy treatments. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure safe and effective treatment delivery.
Unit Information:
- Number of Machines: 4 (2 Linear Accelerators, 1 CT Simulator, 1 CyberKnife)
- Staffing: 9 radiation therapists
- Patient Ratios:
- 2.5 therapists per Linear Accelerator
- 2 per CyberKnife
- 2 per simulator
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must Have:
- Experience with Elekta linear accelerators
- Proficiency with Mosaiq EMR
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience in CT simulation
- Knowledge of CRad motion management
Procedures Performed:
You will be responsible for daily treatments that include CBCT, IGRT, IMRT, and 3D on linear accelerators. If trained on Infinity 1, you will be expected to perform DiBH on CRad.

Certifications Required:
- Must be certified by ARRT
Work Environment:
- Dress Code: Navy blue scrub top and navy blue or gray bottoms
- Duty: This is primarily a day-shift position, with some flexibility in hours as needed; weekend work or on-call duties are not typical for this role.
