About The Position
About the Position Position/Specialty: Multimodality Tech (X-Ray & CT) Shift: 3x12s, Saturday - Monday, 7p-7:30a On-call REQ: No Weekend REQ: Yes (see shift) Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities? (Y/N): No Required/Preferred Years of experience REQ: 1 year CT minimum First-timers accepted: Yes National Certs REQ: ARRT (R) (CT), SCRQSA (R) (CT) Radiation Badge REQ: Yes. Radiation badge MUST be provided by agency; MUSC does NOT provide radiation badges to travelers BLS REQ: Yes Special Requirements: Epic Experience REQ Miscellaneous Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N): N/A Local Radius: 60 miles Locals Accepted: Locals Accepted: Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less the posted bill rate RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Acute Care Hospital Scrub Color: Black and/or Teal Charting: Epic, Sectra for PACS Parking Cost: Free with pass distributed at start date. Hurricane Season** Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a NEW or EXT assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.
