Job Description & Requirements

Shift: 8-hr Days (6:30a–2:30p)
Facility: Mohawk Valley Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
Specialty: LPN – Long Term Care
Details:
- 75-mile radius rule (locals accepted, local rate applies if <75 miles)
- Schedule: Days, every other weekend required
- 37.5 guaranteed hours per week
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Must be willing to float to all units (within same building)
- 40-bed unit
Requirements:
- Active NY LPN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Experience with MS, ortho, dementia, and memory care patient populations
- EMR: PointClick Care
