Night Shift Patient Care Supervisor

As a Patient Care Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing administrative responsibilities in our hospital during evening hours, weekends, and designated holidays. You will set an example by embodying the mission and values of our organization, ensuring compliance with the Kansas Nurse Practice Act, regulatory standards, and facility policies. Your collaboration with patients, families, physicians, and staff will help create a patient-focused healing environment. Main Responsibilities: Support and adhere to organizational policies and procedures. Demonstrate commitment to job requirements and patient care needs through reliable attendance. Maintain a professional appearance in line with dress code standards. Advocate for patients by respecting patient rights and advance directives, and engaging with the Ethics Committee when needed. Qualifications: Kansas Registered Nurse License. BCLS certification through the American Heart Association. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, or the ability to obtain one within four years of employment.
