Sales Associate

Camping World is excited to announce an opening for a Sales Associate to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional service to our customers. What You'll Be Doing: Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Effectively communicating with customers, coworkers, and management to foster a collaborative environment. Leading your department by assisting and mentoring your colleagues. Proactively promoting company programs, including warranty sales and Good Sam memberships. Gaining in-depth product knowledge to better assist customers in their purchasing decisions. Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, which includes stocking and performing housekeeping tasks. Cross-training to engage in various roles within the store. Executing other miscellaneous tasks as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail experience is preferred. Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal. Professional demeanor and strong work ethic are essential. Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends. Capability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices. Comfortable with periods of standing, bending, stooping, and crawling during work. Compensation and Benefits: The pay range for this role is between $14.00 and $16.53 per hour. This role also offers the potential for variable compensation ranging from $1,000 to $4,000 annually based on performance.
