Sawmill Operations Supervisor
to be part of our dynamic lumber mill in Ackerman, Mississippi. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with us! Job Qualifications: 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the forestry industry. Post-secondary education in wood processing, business, engineering, or a related field is a bonus. A strong commitment to safety leadership and team development. Self-motivated with excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills. Experience and knowledge of lumber manufacturing and sawmill operations. A proven team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Proficient in computer applications. Willingness to work different shifts, including holidays and weekends as required.
