In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering support and service for appliances and home improvement products. Highlights of Your Role: Deliver and install appliances, including connecting ductwork, water lines, and wiring, while providing customers with basic operational instructions. Diagnose and repair appliances by ordering and installing parts, testing functionality, and maintaining precise service records. Submit warranty repair documentation and credit invoices to vendors and manufacturers efficiently. Deliver friendly, honest, and knowledgeable customer service in every interaction. You Will Be a Great Fit If You: Provide outstanding customer service with integrity and a positive attitude. Communicate professionally while actively listening and presenting thoughtful solutions. Effectively use hand and power tools and testing equipment to accurately perform repairs. Requirements: A valid Class C Driver's License along with a clean driving record and a valid health card. The physical capability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds and perform repetitive motions with hands and arms. The stamina to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work in elevated areas for extended periods.
