System Administrator Overview We are seeking a skilled Senior-Level FSR/Developer with expertise across various IT disciplines, including virtualization, operating systems, networking, automation, and security. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the following areas: Virtualization and Infrastructure (VMware/ESXi): * Hands-on experience with virtualization and infrastructure (VMware/ESXi) * Proficient in deploying and managing virtual machines (VMs) within vSphere * Strong understanding of resource allocation within vSphere Linux Administration: * Familiarity with multiple Linux distributions (RHEL and Ubuntu) * Solid knowledge of permission schemes and disk partitioning Windows Administration: * Proficient in managing Windows Domain Controllers, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP * Experience with offline maintenance, including patch management and repository availability Networking: * Mid-level expertise in virtual networking, including distributed and standard switches * Basic understanding of Cisco IOS/NXOS, including installation of releases and security maintenance on network devices * Basic understanding of TCP/IP protocols, along with understanding Layer2/3 networking Automation and Scripting: * Foundational knowledge of Ansible and its functions * Strong understanding of Git repositories, including creating merge requests, pull requests, and pushes Security and Compliance: * Basic knowledge of building, deploying, and interpreting security scans (ACAS/Tenable Security Center) * Understanding of Development Security and Operations (DevSecOps) Software Development Lifecycle (SDL) Educational Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Clearance Requirements: * Must have a valid government security clearance (Top-Secret SCI CI Poly) Work Location: * Must be able to work on-site at our Fort Meade, MD facility Job Responsibilities: * Design, implement, and maintain the overall IT infrastructure of the organization * Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures * Provide technical support and assistance to end-users * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements * Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the field Why You'll Love It Here: * Directly support a key offensive cyber platform * Opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development opportunities to help you grow in your careerbfb3568a-762b-4989-884b-a9682aa104ca
