Ideal candidates should be ambitious, tech literate, and experienced in the field of insurance risk management. Responsibilities: Work with internal and external teams to monitor claims and insurance-related litigation. Assist with the review and analysis of insurance policies and related contracts. Identify and implement strategies to reduce the frequency and severity of claims while optimizing operational efficiencies and safety policies. Manage communications between insurers, brokers, internal teams, and business partners relating to insurer review of plans, specifications, and other construction-related activity. Oversee a team of Risk Analysts. Essential Qualifications: 5+ years of risk management experience Experience working with a RMIS ARM designation or advanced degree (preferred) Experience managing a team (preferred) Seniority level
