Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will support our Wilmington store by receiving and organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse. This role is hands‑on and requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a positive, team‑oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive incoming deliveries, inspect items for damage or accuracy, and unload trucks.
Organize stock in designated areas, label products, and rotate inventory to maintain freshness and accuracy.
Pick, pack and prepare orders for store shelves and customer pickups.
Assist with inventory counts, restock shelves, and report low stock levels to management.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Follow safety protocols and contribute to a positive team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous warehouse, stockroom or similar experience (preferred but not required).
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and stand for extended periods.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Compensation:
Hourly wage range: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour, depending on experience.
