Job Opportunity: Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician - Artesia, NM We have an exciting opportunity for Medical Technologists (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLT) to join the healthcare team in Artesia, NM. We have 3 openings available: 1 part-time weekend day shift (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM) 2 full-time evening shifts (12:00 PM - 8:30 PM or 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday; weekend coverage once trained may be available) These positions offer competitive pay and benefits with the opportunity for additional weekend rotations once fully trained. Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of diagnostic laboratory tests Analyze test results and ensure accuracy and precision Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Collaborate with medical staff to provide timely and accurate diagnostic information Follow established protocols and maintain proper documentation Qualifications: MT (ASCP) or MLT (ASCP) certification or equivalent (required) Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field (for MT), or relevant training and experience (for MLT) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Availability to work weekend shifts after training (for weekend shift role) If you are a skilled Medical Technologist/MLT looking for a rewarding opportunity, apply today!
