Hi! We’re Infinitus — the first trusted voice AI platform transforming healthcare. Help Build the Future of Healthcare AI
Hi! We’re Infinitus — the first trusted voice AI platform transforming healthcare.
Built by ex-Googlers, startup veterans, and industry pros, our AI boosts productivity, slashes admin burden, and creates new ways to support patients with chronic conditions. We scale connections between patients, payors, and providers — empowering care teams and improving health outcomes.
The Mission
At Infinitus, our mission is simple: create time for healthcare by making access, adherence, and affordability easier than ever. Using multimodal AI, human-in-the-loop systems, and a rich knowledge graph, we’ve automated over
5 million calls —saving millions of hours for patients and providers.
Backed by top investors like Kleiner Perkins, Google Ventures, and a16z, we’re a team that loves to challenge the status quo and move fast at the intersection of AI and healthcare.
Your Role:
We are looking for a passionate Program Manager to join our PMO and lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with internal and external stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. It will be your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
Please Note: This is a hybrid role working out of our San Francisco office Mon/Tues/Thurs
Your Impact:
Structure/execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing roadmaps and project plans, systems, gathering/synthesizing data, leading analyses, and providing recommendations. Assist in managing large scale projects, and manage small to medium-sized projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met within time, budget and resource constraints. Identify potential risks, assumptions and mitigation solutions, and escalate them appropriately. Support senior program manager(s) in planning and execution, and make process improvement recommendations. Learn and apply agile methodologies like scrum, kanban, hybrid and traditional project management methodologies. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Manage initiatives and drive moderately complex end to end programs, manage operational reviews, organization level communications, and strategy summits to drive execution against/impact from the organization's strategy. Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Identify, plan and execute on process improvement recommendations.
Your Skillset:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field: computer science, information technology or business administration. 4+ years of experience in project or program management in an agile environment, ideally in a software company. Experience with end to end project management, from ideation to customer facing product launches. Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects, and as a scrum master. Experience working with executive stakeholders, external customers or vendors, software engineers and product managers. Customer obsession and excellent problem-solving, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills with a self starter attitude.
Additional Nice-to-have skills:
Experience working with JIRA and Confluence. CPMP, CSM or similar certification Experience with reporting, data analytics, process and operations management. Healthcare/ health tech experience is a plus.
Why You’ll Love It Here
Hybrid work (SF office Mon/Tues/Thurs) + catered lunches Competitive salary, equity, and 401(k) Wellness stipend & great benefits (medical, dental, vision) Generous PTO & parental leave Bi-annual offsites & a collaborative, mission-driven culture
