Advanced Project Engineer (Finance)

As an Advanced PE at Honeywell, you will shape and drive the turbomachinery engineering strategy across our organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage a team of engineers to develop and implement turbomachinery design and analysis strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and establish design goals and metrics. Provide expert technical guidance on turbomachinery design and analysis principles. Conduct engineering analysis, testing, and modeling to optimize product performance and reliability. Identify and mitigate potential design risks throughout the product lifecycle. Stay updated on industry trends to bring innovation to our engineering initiatives. The annual base salary range for this position is $109,000 - $136,000. This serves as a general guideline; actual offers consider various factors including experience, education, skills, and market conditions. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering from an accredited institution. Minimum 5 years of experience in turbomachinery design and analysis. Strong knowledge of turbomachinery principles, tools, and techniques. Experience with CFD and finite element analysis. VALUED SKILLS Master's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering. Experience with turbomachinery software. Leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills. Passion for continuous learning and industry advancements. Ability to foster teamwork and innovation.
