This is a full-time position for an energetic, enthusiastic, and non-selling Team Leader. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success as a leader and be well-versed in KW systems and business models (this is not a requirement). Relocation to the FL market is required and okay if needed.

They have a track record of strong relationships, view learning as foundational, and have at least 2-3 years of top-tier real estate sales experience. They understand basic financial reporting and aim for high achievement to meet their goals.
Compensation
Potential earnings up to $180,000+ (Base + bonus)

Lead the Market Center
Implement OP’s vision
Use Growth Initiative tools to achieve recruitment and profitability goals
Consult top agents to increase productivity and retention
Develop associates to reach income and market share targets
Build a profitable Market Center
Train and oversee administrative staff
Essential duties and responsibilities
Recruit sales associates weekly (interview, select, hire)
Share the Market Center value story with leadership and recruits
Oversee training for new and experienced agents
Lead sales and business meetings
Manage staff professionalism and performance
Research competition and develop marketing strategies
Conduct performance reviews
Communications/Interactions
Staff: daily goal setting, planning, project work
Sales Associates: daily goal setting, training, career development
Lead Generation: daily/weekly recruitment efforts
Buyers/Sellers/Vendors: weekly problem resolution
Operating Principle/MCA: weekly monitoring of KPIs
