Worldwide Sustainability Technology (WWST) is the central technology organization in Sustainability. Our *vision* is to build solutions that enable Amazon to be the Earth’s most sustainable company. Our *mission* is to integrate, and make accessible, science-based facts, sustainability metrics and messaging into all aspects of Amazon’s business. Our solutions enable other Amazon teams to accelerate the execution of work to meet our sustainability goals, including Amazon’s public goals and commitments.

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager to manage the multiple teams working on our Data and analytics products. This leader will oversee a team of BIEs, BAs, and PMTs defining the vision and delivery roadmap for data-based Sustainability products and insights across multiple domains. This role will work closely across multiple orgs and builder teams to deliver high-quality products, insights, and analyses to inform the Company's sustainability roadmap.

Key job responsibilities - Lead a cross-functional team of product and data leaders responsible for sustainability data across Amazon - Set and deliver on the vision for Amazon's sustainability data products - Build the team and operating model to deliver business insights to inform investments across multiple sustainability domains - Work on a variety of challenging problems that have to potential to significantly impact sustainability objectives within and outside of Amazon - Define specific product solutions to address gaps in operational decisions and reporting across the entire product footprint - Work with business leaders, scientists, and economists to translate business and functional requirements into concrete deliverables - Establish and own prioritization of mechanisms to mitigate identified sustainability impact hotspots - Discover, define, and apply scientific, engineering, and best business practices

When we feel supported in the workplace and at home, there’s nothing we can’t achieve. - 6+ years of team management experience - 7+ years of technical product or program management experience - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product- MBA - Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment - Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - 5+ years of data and analytics experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $178,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
