Legal Operations

practice. In this role, the ideal candidate will be able to: Serve as technical lead for Agiloft CLM projects providing oversight and collaborating on architectural design, reviews and optimization Establish, lead, and manage the enablement and technical knowledge development of the Legal Operations team, staying current with Agilofts evolving capabilities and coordinating training initiatives Define and communicate technical principles, designs, and architectural standards to ensure high-quality solution delivery Support client demos and proof-of-concept projects for clients evaluating Agiloft as a standalone CLM or as part of broader lead-to-cash transformations Integrate seamlessly with project teams consisting of client-side personnel and Spaulding Ridge consultants; the ability to work collaboratively is key Adhere to Spaulding Ridge delivery methodology and project standards, ensuring that project deliverables are completed on time Ideal Candidates will be able to: 5+ years of experience implementing and leading CLM applications, with a strong emphasis on Agiloft Agiloft Certified Implementer certification is a must have Hands-on expertise with Agilofts KB configuration, business rules, workflow automation, and data integration capabilities Deep background in business rules, custom calculations and data integration utilizing various CLM tools BA/BS Degree in Finance/Accounting, Law, Business Management and/or Management Information Systems or equivalent experience Ability to understand and interpret technical requirements from non-technical clients and team members as well as convey technical topics in a way that can be understood Spaulding Ridges Commitment to an Inclusive Workplace When we engage the expertise, insights, and creativity of people from all walks of life, we become a better organization, we deliver superior services to clients, and we transform our communities and world for the better.
