Mission Managers work directly with US and Allied Government clients to strategize and implement mission-critical AI solutions. Responsibilities include supporting business proposals, designing solutions, prototyping, development, and deployment. You will collaborate with engineers and researchers to connect data points, align challenges with xAI products, or develop new solutions. Ideal candidates possess a technical background, analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and user empathy, with a hands-on approach to delivering results. Typical activities include: Leading problem discovery and scoping, often on-site Deploying models/products in client environments or integrating software with cloud infrastructure Identifying pain points, defining specifications, and developing LLM-powered solutions Optimizing model performance through prompt tuning or fine-tuning Analyzing logs and outputs for system reliability Focus Areas
Solving complex, real-world government problems with AI Prioritizing mission success over personal recognition Structuring vague problems and communicating effectively Proficiency in programming (Python, SQL, TypeScript) Adapting to a fast-paced, evolving environment Engaging stakeholders with clear communication Minimum Requirements
Government Partnership Experience : Proven success working with government agencies or contractors on AI or data initiatives Clearance Preferred : Active U.S. security clearance or eligibility Experience designing secure, scalable AI solutions Ability to translate needs into engineering solutions Strong background in CS, Math, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science Experience in Software Engineering or Machine Learning Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI deployment in engineering teams Background with National Security clients Creating user manuals or onboarding materials Handling large datasets and optimizing performance Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Pulumi or Terraform Interview Process
After application review, candidates undergo a 15-minute technical phone interview, followed by three 45-minute technical interviews. The process aims to conclude within one week. All interviews are via Google Meet or in person. Note:
