About the Role: As a *** Moves Manager, you will oversee a team responsible for ensuring that all, move and change activity services are delivered efficiently and effectively on behalf of clients. Weekends and after hours may be required as large moves take place on weekends and after hours. This job is part of the Moves, Additions and Changes function.

Resource's typical working day | What Youll Do:

Move & Relocation Project Management Oversee moves and move projects, schedules, and budgets for all relocation projects. Provide regular reports on progress and escalate issues as required. Achieve or exceed target standards for agreed KPIs. Lead large move project RFQs/estimates and scheduling of work. This includes small, medium, and large moves where outside resources are needed. Lead clean-up efforts and schedule cleaning before and after moves and reconfigures. Audit the relocation and reconfiguration work out-of-hours to ensure the smooth running of moves for occupation by the client. Respond to customer requests for relocations and changes at short notice, maximize space occupancy, and utilization of buildings. Lead moves related communications including and not limited to email. Be the POC for Moves.

Communication & Coordination Liaise closely with internal and external teams to ensure effective communication is maintained between all parties involved in moves and changes. Attend planning meetings, coordinate and schedule work internally and outside vendors. Direct company processes, inclusive of client meetings, finances, health and safety, and programming of support contractor activities.

Procurement & Vendor Management Submit Purchase Requests and obtain Purchase Order as needed. Track POs and vendor invoicing.

Inventory & Furniture Management Partner with Warehouse Team to maintain furniture inventory. Audit and take ownership of inventory accuracy. Be the POC for the onsite furniture inventory.

Provide Back-up for Client MAC Coordinator Support and back-up for MAC scheduling, work and daily moves. Print and install name tags as part of back-up support for move team. Support and back-up for coordinating and managing the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.

Documentation, Compliance & Auditing Ensure all documents, drawings, and standards are subject to regulatory scrutiny. Audit workstations on a regular basis: including people locations, flex desk set up and overall furniture use and repair. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.

Must-Have: Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred. Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems. Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department. Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial- related calculations.

Years of Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience. n lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Education: Bachelor's Degree

Software Skills: Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Basic Computer functions SAP and CAD design software is a plus
