If you have a strong background in examining commercial titles, and are confident navigating complex title issues, this could be a great next step in your career. What Youll Be Doing: Conducting in-depth research of public, court, and bankruptcy records to establish property ownership and uncover any encumbrances Analyzing legal documents, maps, and surveys to ensure accurate legal descriptions Preparing detailed and organized title commitments and related documentation Drafting clear, professional responses to client objections or questions Collaborating with escrow officers, attorneys, lenders, surveyors, and underwriters Supporting team goals while maintaining strict confidentiality standards What Were Looking For: 5+ years of experience in commercial title examination Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to work well under deadlines and contribute to a collaborative environment Proficient in public record search tools, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and title plant software Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal If you or someone you know might be a fit, Id love to connect and share more.
