The Senior IS Technical Trainer serves as a subject matter expert in Epic’s billing applications and is responsible for designing, updating, and maintaining training curricula, materials, classroom environments. This role works closely with IS Technical Trainers to ensure effective training delivery and readiness. The position also collaborates with application teams to anticipate and address system updates and workflow impacts.

The role involves maintaining training environments to ensure they align with current workflows and system configurations, and creating and maintaining online training resources to support user education.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Relevant Epic application certification(s)
Demonstrated experience in developing training curricula and materials
Experience managing and maintaining training environments
Strong technical proficiency and familiarity with commonly used applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications: Experience using Adobe Captivate or similar eLearning authoring tools
Familiarity with adult learning theories and instructional design best practices
