Your Role

The Healthcare Quality & Affordability Project Management Office (HQA PMO) team partners with HQA leaders, functional areas across the organization, Stellarus, and other vendor-partners to execute strategic and operational initiatives, focusing on process improvement, documentation, and efficiency gains. The Business Analyst, Principal, is responsible for business requirements, process documentation, measurement plans, user acceptance testing, and collaborating with Project Teams to design and implement solutions. This role reports to the Senior Director of the PMO.

Your Knowledge and Experience

Requires a college degree or equivalent experience

Requires 10 years of relevant experience

Requires mastery-level knowledge of the job area, typically obtained through advanced education and experience. Deep knowledge of project management is a plus.

Certified Business Analysis Professional preferred

Six Sigma Certification preferred

Data & Analytics: Knowledge of interpreting reports, trends, and forecasts to support decision-making

Project Management Principles: Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall for team collaboration

Business & Industry Acumen: Understanding of healthcare market trends, competitive landscape, and operational challenges

Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Experience in collecting business needs and translating them into actionable insights

Solutions Implementation: Supporting the development and rollout of new systems, tools, and strategies
