Intake Specialist

to join our front-line team. This role is critical: you are the first voice a potential client hears, the person who helps them feel seen, heard, and cared for during one of the hardest times of their life. What Youll Do Answer incoming calls, emails, and web inquiries from prospective clients. Guide callers through our intake process with compassion and professionalism. Ask clear, structured questions to identify case type, urgency, and eligibility. Input information into our systems (Lead Docket, Filevine) with accuracy and speed. Schedule follow-ups, attorney reviews, and consultations. Maintain communication with potential clients, ensuring they feel informed and supported. Collaborate with attorneys, assistants, and the intake team to move cases forward quickly and smoothly. Balance empathy with efficiency supporting people while meeting intake goals. What Were Looking For Required:

High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred backgrounds (not required):

Prior experience in a law firm (especially plaintiff-side), legal intake, customer service, sales, or call-center environments. Comfort with structured processes and technology (training provided on Filevine and Lead Docket). Strong communication skills empathetic, clear, and confident. Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple conversations at once. Team-player mindset with a client-first attitude.
